Je suis très déçue par mon expérience…
Je suis très déçue par mon expérience avec Nokta AUTOS. J’ai loué un véhicule en Turquie du 12 au 15 mai 2026. Une caution a été prélevée lors de la location, avec l’assurance qu’elle me serait restituée dans un délai de 60 jours après la remise du véhicule. À ce jour, malgré l’expiration de ce délai et plusieurs mails, je n’ai toujours pas reçu le remboursement de ma caution et je n’ai pas obtenu d’explication claire concernant ce retard. Je considère cette situation comme non professionnelle. Une caution ne devrait pas rester retenue au-delà du délai annoncé sans information précise ni justification communiquée au client. J’espère que la publication de cet avis permettra à Nokta AUTOS de prendre rapidement contact avec moi et de régulariser le remboursement des 300 € qui me sont dus. Je conseille donc aux futurs clients de bien conserver tous leurs documents de location, de demander une preuve écrite des conditions de restitution de la caution et de vérifier attentivement les modalités de remboursement avant de réserver. J’attends désormais une réponse concrète et le remboursement rapide de ma caution. Sans réponse, je mobiliserai la juridiction compétente.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! I rented a car in Istanbul back in October 2025 and still my deposit has not been returned. Taking the money only takes a second, getting it back takes forever, if it will ever happen at all.... I found this company through carjet.com and carjet is also pushing nokta to pay but nothing happens. Nokta only sent so-called "proof" that they released the refund (or at least 80% of it) but no money has been returned for real, so I guess AI generated the "proof" or something. The worst company I ever had to deal with, so please be smart and take your business elsewhere.

WARNING. SCAMMERS Even I reserves through discovercars website, They took a huge part of my deposit which was more than total the rental price of the car for nothing. they are SCAMMERS DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM

It's a fraud!
Do not use this company – it’s a fraud! I booked a car in Istanbul in February. The deposit was €500. While I was waiting for the refund, an additional €125 was charged to my card without my authorization. I reported this to my bank, and they confirmed that my card details had been copied and that the transaction was made manually, without the physical card. I have already reported the case to the police in Turkey and will also file a report within the EU.

It has been more than 60 days since I returned the car, while their stated policy indicates that refunds should be processed within 60 days. Unfortunately, this has not happened, despite repeated follow-ups. My advice is apply for a claim with the bank I have been regularly contacting Noktautos through all available channels and also raised multiple tickets via Carjet, the booking platform. At this stage, I would advise caution when booking through Carjet, as there appears to be a lack of effective follow-up or due diligence in resolving customer refund issues. I also explored legal options, but the cost of pursuing the matter would exceed the deposit amount (EUR 500), making it impractical. My remaining option is to travel back to Turkey and file a complaint with the consumer protection board
