What can I say.
I put in my first order on 03-03-2023. It was packaged properly and discreet and delivered promptly within a few days. Today 15-08-2026 I put in another order. Which was shipped the same day, a Saturday. Roy you are the best. Take a break, It's hot out there.

Terrible business/shipping practices
They should allow zero stars... Anyhow, US folks, do not waste your time here. They will not ship to the US due to import fees that occurred when the $800 or under regulations went away. Even if you offer to pay import fees or tariffs, they still will not ship. Oh, and they won't tell you they are unwilling to ship for 3-4 days after you have made the purchase. Any business it not good business here and US folks our business...it is not welcome. Thank you for your kind explanation. As I stated before...I would pay any and all import/duty/tariff fees. So your 4 day venture was not even relevant. I had told you I would pay it. Total waste of time. If you are in the US and need a grow item that is hard to get, hit up growtorino on eBay, store is "La casa di Panoramix". From Italy to Texas in 4 days, no issues. Do not waste your time here. To ensure future customers see the level field here. I offered to walk you through the import process. To pay the duties and fees. Yes, they can be levied back on the seller, unless you forward and undue fees to the buyer...at which time if they do not accept the delivery, sure it could become an issue in returned delivery fees. But the matter is, I was willing to work with you to get it here, not so much on your end. I have never had to sell myself as being a buyer this much and not get to follow through on a purchase. I mean grasp this, this is 2 weeks after the fact. I received the part from Italy over a week ago. An $11 part x4, it was roughly $180 to ship it and then, an additional $12.49 hit by courier the day before delivery...you simply either do not like doing business internationally, you do not like doing business with the United States, or you are unwilling to do either, by choice.
