I haven’t received my order yet
I haven’t received my order yet. The ordering of all my clothes was easy enough and they look good quality.. I have ordered these clothes due to the material to keep me cool.

I received all the items I ordered but they didn’t suit me so I went through their complicated returns process. There was no returns address or returns label meaning I had to email the company to find this information to find I had to return the items to Italy even though the website is UK based. Having returned the items within the time frame and sending tracking evidence the company maintain they haven’t received the items and have not issued me with a refund. So they have all the clothes, the money I paid and cost me an extra £38 to send the clothes back . I am so upset and angry this company maintain they have a refund policy / process but they have literally stolen my money and I would NOT use this company again

My rating review is based on a very bad online purchase experice…
My rating review is based on a very bad experience with this company. I made a purchase online worth $95. The items were very low quality. The linen material was almost paper thin. Their website says Free Returns. I mailed the items back at learned at the post office that the company was based in Italy. The return postage cost me $75. After mailing the company back and forth regarding my return credit. To this day, I have yet to receive a professional response and my credit from this company.
