First and last order.
Order 3 items from NVLT was stating for next day delivery but unfortunately it took long than expected 3 working days. I was hoping for the items before my holiday the next day but they arrived 2 days later. So I was unable to the items on holiday. When I arrived back from holiday I had tried the items on which were of low quality and partially damaged. I had request a refund but I’m there refund policy is 14 days. Which is abnormal for a company. Now I’m stuck with 2 faulty items and 1 items which doesn't fit. Would never recommend this site or the company. Items the same quality as Temu

This company is absolutely shocking
This company is absolutely shocking. I ordered two items of the website expecting next day delivery as stated this was a Sunday. It clearly stated it would be delivered on Monday as I was going on holiday on Tuesday. So later on on the Sunday evening, I noticed the items was not dispatched. So on Monday morning, I emailed them. On social media and By email asking them for a refund as the items was not dispatched I didn’t get a reply to till the end of the day funny enough straight after they dispatched these items. The parcel did not get delivered and was returned with the driver as there was nobody to accept the delivery. I told them this would happen because I’m on holiday at the time of the delivery. Even though the delivery still didn’t come the next day. I made this coming aware this would happen. They told be by email when they get the parcel back, thry will issue me a full refund. But all of a sudden now this parcel has gone missing and they are refusing to issue me a refund. This company is a is an absolute joke This company is fully responsible for the delivery of the parcel and therefore should issue me a refund and they are refusing to after I’ve had several and several of times (RED FLAG) do not buy from this company
