Long awaited order finally delivered
EDIT: Albeit slow, customer support was at the end helpful and managed to get my package delivered (after being returned by UPS for whatever reason and re-sent). The product that arrived was good quality and made with nice wood, so although it took some time and patience I am happy with my order. One small comment regarding the large monitor stand - it seems the holes drilled in the wood and the wooden dowels were not perfectly aligned, so it took some effort to curve the dowels a bit so I could hammer it in. It seems to work though and looks stunning, so definitely worth it. Original: Unfortunately seems like it's a scam. Placed an order and paid in April, then in June I received a tracking number - package never arrived and just got returned to sender. I wrote customer support when it was stuck in a warehouse - they just sent a generic response "if nothing received let us know", then stopped responding. Now I am out of money and without the product, I sent them a request for refund, tried calling but the number isn't even active. Not worth it, don't waste your money.

Buy it for life quality
Truly a buy it for life quality. I recently received my office desk and chair and I have been blown away. First, doing my research, I knew what I was getting myself into - long delivery times, but phenomenal craftsmanship and boy did Oako Denmark delivery on both of these aspects. I am beyond happy with the final product, the customer service (when you can get in touch with them) was always phenomenal and the final delivery went smoothly. Just equip yourself with patience, as especially in busy months (around Black Friday/Christmas) you may end up waiting for your desk for a few months.

New Treadmill product
I recently ordered a new item being promoted by this company - the treadmill. Whilst there were some communication difficulties early on the treadmill duly arrived. It was well packed and came complete with full instructions and a lubrication kit for future use. The operation of the treadmill is easy and there is a good range of speed options and a visual information display, resulting for me in an ideal addition to my well being whilst working at the desk. For the moment I am finding reading material on my screen the most practical work task.

Great desk
Great desk — I have the 180cm solid oak standing desk and the build quality is excellent. It feels extremely solid and well made, both in terms of the wood and the mechanism. I was also very impressed with the customer service. When I had an issue, the team was quick, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Even though it was outside of warranty, they arranged everything and replaced the necessary parts free of charge. Overall, a great product backed by a team that really stands behind it.

Kundeservice besvare ikke mails.
Jeg bestilte et hæve-sænke bord d. 26/1-2026 og inden jeg bestilte det stod der, at der kunne gå 25-30 hverdage, hvilket der er gået nu. Så jeg forsøgte at skrive til deres kundeservice, som slet ikke svare på mine spørgsmål omkring hvornår jeg kan forvente mit bord bliver sendt. Kundeservice svarede mig hurtigt inden jeg lagde ordren. Hvis jeg ikke høre noget snart, så bliver jeg nød til at lave en indsigelse for at få mine penge tilbage. Da det tegner på det er et fup firma.
