I wanted to cancel all future subscriptions/orders as products were no longer needed. Sophie was extremely helpful in helping me accomplish this in a timely manner and with the desired results.

The staff at Olivita is fantastic
The staff at Olivita is fantastic. I sent an inquiry to them this morning and received an immediate response from a lady named Sophie. She looked up my account and was able to answer my question right away. As soon as I sent a thank you note to her I received another brief email letting me know how much they valued me as a client and that they were always there to help. Sophie was great as was the gentleman who followed up with me. I highly recommend both the agents who are with this company and Olivita itself. I'm impressed.

Sophie is doing everything she can to help to resolve my problem with good humor and no recrimination. I'm about to send it back to you for refund with her help. I hope I have the opportunity to elaborate after I've been reimbursed. Thank you for your graciousness. The date of 8/22 is when our communications took place. I haven't found the original date but it was made with card ending in 8286.

Customer Service at its best
When I realised I had been signed up to a monthly subscription of tri-peptide creme from Olavita my heart sunk as it has happened before, with another company, and I had to battle to resolve the problem. I sent an email to the support customer service and received an immediate response requesting order number amount etc. I supplied info and advised that I paid in £’s rather than dollars. The Customer Service agent Floyd was brilliant, advised subscription cancelled and a full refund was on its way to my PayPal account account. The success of a company, however good the product, depends so much on the customer service staff and in Floyd you have a ‘Star’ and I hope he reads this review and receives suitable recognition from his team. Finally I have not been using the creme for long enough to evaluate fully but it is a lovely creme/non greasy and sinks in well.
