Terrible quality, AVOID!
I ordered a linen shirt and pair of “suede” loafers. Both were terrible quality and the suede was synthetic not real. The website says “We work with Europe’s finest ateliers” the items are direct from China in plastic bags with Chinese language stickers. I tried to request a return but what a hassle! Firstly they emailed asking for a reason for the return, then they requested pictures of the items and then price reductions. Just accepted the partial refund in the end and will take the items to a charity shop. If you want quality like this then just go to Primark. If this is was a British company I would report them to Trading Standards.

Buyer Beware! Old Money will not allow you to return their product for any reason. They string you along on email, then go dark. Bottom line, you are stuck with the merchandise if you like it or not. Stay away

I needed to exchange an item for a different size, and the service was outstanding. The staff were helpful and polite, explained the process in detail, and everything went perfectly . The new products fully meet my expectations. I highly recommend this shop and its products! Keep up the great work!

Shockingly disappointing quality of the…
Shockingly disappointing quality of the item I ordered. Extremely small, longer length than illustrated, inferior quality of material. When I requested refund and return I was offered 20% to keep the item. Realistically how would a reputable company survive like this. They clearly make money on sending cheap quality items out knowing full well we can never return then at a realistic postal cost, then they make money from you as they know you will not return items. Steer well clear, Mel is very polite but it’s a well Oiled machine, they know exactly what they are doing. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, EVEN WHEN I INFORMED THEM I WILL POST A NEGATIVE REVIEW, THAT HAD NO IMPACT ON THEM!! JUST DO NOT ORDER. I IMPLORE YOU 😬😬 You have just responded with this reply below, but if you really wanted to help people why didn’t you reach out properly when I contacted you through numerous emails….. only because this is public now, you respond, just send refund as requested 🤔🤔🤔🤔 See response from old money to review…..
