Delivery issue very well taken care of
Ordering from France, my parcels were held at customs. The customer service was really fast to answer to my complaints. They apologised and arranged a new shipping via FedEx priority that I received the day after! Instead of waiting to see how things would evolve at customs and make me waist even more time, they acted swiftly and with great care. I’m truly impressed and grateful. Thanks to the team:)

I had an issue with an incorrrect address and the customer service team were so unbelievably helpful. They ensured that even when the package was sent back to the UK they resent it to Melbourne for me! AND I love the coat! Such a great customer service experience and quality of clothing.

As a size 12, I ordered these "one-size" clothes expecting them to fit as advertised, but they were far too tight and uncomfortable. In reality, this sizing is clearly meant for very petite frames.

I love this clothing company so much
I love this clothing company so much - most of my clothing comes from here. It's good quality and their customer service is brilliant. When a parcel recently went missing in transit to the states they sent a replacement right away and checked in with me every step of the way. Such a big fan of this company!
