Very disappointed
Very disappointed The delivery took far too long, and when the sandals finally arrived, I was extremely disappointed. They look and feel really cheap, and I honestly can’t believe I paid nearly £40, even with the discount. I expected much better quality for that price. I genuinely regret buying them and wouldn’t recommend them. Don’t waste your money like I did.

I would leave no stars if I could
I would leave no stars if I could, this company is a complete scam selling cheap crap products as quality products. I bought what was supposed to be orthopaedic sandals well they clearly were not and sold at 50% off for £39.99 and they weren’t worth a fiver so avoid at all costs. I was offered 20% refund as returning would cost more than half what I paid for sandals so reluctantly agreed just to be done with them. DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF LIKE ME stay away from these scammers please.

Chinese company - NOT EU
Not good. I thought they were an EU company, but they are not. They had me return the items to China! I had to ask 3x for them to give me the return information, they kept trying to get me to keep the shoes. They were very low quality and made of a smelly plastic material

Don’t waste your time
Don’t waste your time. I ordered a pair of sandals, they arrived 11 days later, they arrived a size too big with a card stating that they had intentionally sent me a size bigger for a better fit, funnily enough, they don’t fit me.

awful quality awful sandals - DO NOT BUY
awful quality - customer service is shocking after trying to cancel within an hour - then when they showed up they’re such bad quality - AVOID AVOID tried to refund and they offered me 30% which is £10ish back from £35.96 sandals - or send back to china for a refund! Not good
