I had an issue with delivery and Chloe sorted it for me immediately. Once received I was thrilled with my product. The fit and quality are fantastic and exactly what I was looking for, thongs that sit with no vpl under my leggings and healthy for intimate areas 😊

Good customer service
The items I received did not fit. So far customer service has been excellent. Offered refund or exchange, to which I chose exchange. Order taken promptly and messages were replied very quickly. A shipment was sent out the following day. Hopefully items fit 🙂

Original order placed 7/7/26, it’s now 8/20/26. Initially, a shipping label was created, and when I engaged two weeks after no movement, I was informed my item was lost in shipping. (Big facts, it never left the facility). They asked if I wanted a refund, I said I wanted expedited shipping on my items. Insert wishy washy response about getting to their shipping team. After asking for a full refund last week, magically, another shipping label was created, and now a refund can’t be issued because it’s in a shipping status. Rest assured your garbage chatbot response and apology won’t phase me. I’m going to blast your horrible behavior to every review page and tell the better business bureau. Lying to customers is atrocious. Especially when ONE pair of underwear is $22.

Unless you are skinny with a flat…
Unless you are skinny with a flat stomach these are awful! What a waste of money. I was so excited about trying these but the front panel (bit that covers your stomach/pelvis area) was so low rise literally just covered your pubic area. Would be nice to have a fuller brief at the front for those who love to go to the gym but ain’t pencil thin with no tummy!

Absolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking. Ordered over 3 weeks ago and no delivery yet. Asked for a refund and all of a sudden I get a tracking number. They are clearly being delivered from china so no longer expecting much. You also have to pay for this delivery that takes over a month!
