Defective information of website with inexpected fees
Order 123074. For receive in Spain. After order i was expecting the shipping from Slovenia, because the lack of information of website, when is shipped from USA. Notification of UPS about custom clearance, meant abusive brokerage fees and taxes. Filled a complaint in Paypal for cancel the payment and replied to UPS for return the item, as i am not able to afford the hidden fees. Also budget is no only the issue. I know the spanish customs block and return items if found are relative to "therapy" or can ask for Dr prescription.

Does Neorhythm work! Yes
Does Neorhythm work? Yes I have been using pemf devices for managing my health for a while . I chose Neorhythm for some specific goals esp head related . I monitor my health metrics with an Apple Watch and Athylitc app, so I'm fairly confident when I say neorhythm does what it claims to do. It can lower my heart rate in 5 minutes by 20 beats. And keep it low for the duration of the entire night. Also improve the duration of my restorative sleep . It's a very useful device. Anyone serious about self managing their health needs to have one .

Received my Loop and it did not work
Received my Loop and it did not work. I used their provided tester magnet and it doesn't react at all. Their customer service is requiring a video call to resolve the issue, but gave me options at 3 and 4am local time. When I asked for assistance in scheduling at a better time they immediately stopped responding. So far my only experiences with the company are that the product doesn't work and their customer service is not interested in resolving issues. Their website is not accepting my review and from other people's posts on reddit this is a typical customer experience.

Easy to use, arrived quickly, helped reduce my stress
I was recommended the Omni PEMF collar by my wellness coach and it has really helped reduce my baseline stress. It arrived in under 2 weeks, and I have been using it twice daily since. Very easy to use and started seeing improvement after the first day using it.

Well worth the wait! This device is amazing!!!
Boy, was it worth the wait to get the NeoSurround! It was a long haul, but from the day I finally unboxed it, it was a game changer! Not having to worry about maintaining a particular position to get the benefits of PEMF was worth every penny on its own. And the effects seem to be more powerful than the other (still very useful/versatile NeoRhythm devices I have owned for a number of years), while still being subtle enough to not be overwhelming. The best part: others can share in the experience, just by being in the same room. When I had questions about delivery dates and whatnot, the support team was just an email away. Despite being in very different timezones, I always received a fast and helpful reply.
