OXP3 is the first device I purchased…

OXP3 is the first device I purchased with them through their Indiegogo campaign. Everything they said they promised and completed. Had a minor issue with my device, upon delivery, but that was most likely my very own error. I emailed customer support and support responded in a timely manner. Their suggestion got my issue fixed in less than 60 seconds. Love my OXP3 device!

Shipping Scams (Not really...)

Original Post: Want to order from a Chinese company that will hold your order hostage until you pay them more money than originally agreed upon? Then order here. You can't go wrong! Update: The below reply is a half-truth at best. They sent me an email that said that my package was shipping to my address without the unit number (which would have never gotten to me because I live in a large complex). I told them that this was a problem, so they pulled the package, then said that, actually the original email address they sent me was wrong and that DHL's shipment actually did include the full address. Fine. They said that, for my $3000 order, that I would have to pay an additional $44.50 charge because of my mistake - putting the blame entirely on me and not acknowledging their original email where my address was listed incorrectly. I reluctantly agreed to the charge. Then, they asked me to pay the extra charge using a sketchy paypal email address, wickwang616 at gmail... what the hell? This screams "scam" to me. I am asking them to cancel my order and keep the extra charge that, according to them, was entirely my fault despite the fact that they sent me that email with the address listed incorrectly. AWFUL customer service, but to be fair, I will update if they actually cancel the order (which shows at least the bare minimum level of integrity a business should possess), or if I have to contact my credit card company to get the money returned to me. Either way, I would absolutely not recommend this company. Sketchy as all get-out and poor poor customer service that penny pinches and blames the customer outright. Final Update: Reberta, the ONEXPLAYER marketing manager, reached out to me after my previous update. She agreed to refund if I wanted it, but she also said that she reviewed my case and agreed that the way it was handled was inappropriate. She said I owe the company nothing (via sketchy paypal addresses or otherwise). She said she will be using my case for training in the future so this does not happen to anyone else going forward. She asked if I would trust ONEXPLAYER to deliver the product I ordered. I was somewhat hesitant since I thought the company may "spit in my coffee" so to speak. I had read a review below about an empty box (possibly a scammer himself), and I'll admit that I was a bit worried... but something about Reberta felt extremely human, and for some reason, I felt I could trust the company to complete my order. My Onexplayer X2 Mini Pro came in yesterday (8/25/2026) - and while it is not perfect (hardware is incredible, but I found the native software needed more tweaking than steamdeck to make games playable), it is clearly far from a scam. I have updated my star count to four stars as I simply cannot imagine giving 5 stars for an order that I nearly canceled on account of initially poor customer service.

After the order was placed, you contacted us to confirm your shipping address. We checked the address provided and confirmed that it matched the address you requested for delivery. However, you remained concerned that some information was missing and asked us to make changes to the shipment. At that point, the order had already been shipped. We explained that intercepting a package after shipment and requesting changes through the logistics provider could result in a small additional service charge. This fee was not charged by or collected by ONEXPLAYER. It was a fee requested by DHL for the additional logistics service required to intercept and modify the shipment. We communicated the amount to you in advance, and you agreed to proceed with the change. To help resolve the situation, we also offered to cover 50% of this additional fee ourselves, even though the charge was imposed by the logistics provider rather than ONEXPLAYER. We completely understand that unexpected shipping-related charges can be frustrating, and we’re sorry if our communication did not make the situation clear enough. However, we hope this clarification helps explain that there was no attempt to withhold your order or require you to pay an additional amount beyond the original order terms. The additional charge was related specifically to the requested change after the package had already been shipped and was imposed by DHL. Support staff will stall when you need…

Support staff will stall when you need help. They'll ask you to do the same process in multiple emails that general take days to respond. The issue will be a problem for weeks to months. They'll lie and say that they shipped your item but if you dont followup after they said they've shipped they won't actually have the item shipped. I had to follow up before all of a sudden it was picked up. These people lie and stall I would never recommend them

OneXplayer x2 is a great device

OneXplayer X2 the big 10.95 inch is a great device, fast shipping. I wish they used the new controllers from the X2 mini pro. The controllers on the X2 are the only real con. The joysticks are awful and they are small and slippery. I have been able to make them work but they need to add support for the new controllers. I purchased the new controllers but there is no software that allows you to use them. They fit perfect but can't get them to work. Hopefully they will add support soon
