Weisses Baumwoll-Shirt bestellt, schwarzer Polyester-Lappen geliefert. Anschließend bekommt man 3-8 Dollar Rückerstattung angeboten. Gezahlt hab ich 40. Eigentlich ein cleveres Geschäftsmodell.

A total Scam!
I ordered a pair of jeans and three shirts for $145; after six weeks, one of the shirts arrived. Two weeks later, a new package arrived containing a pair of cheap trousers and two shirts I had never ordered. Twelve emails later, I am offered $20 in compensation for items costing $145 that I never received. TOTAL SCAM.

The quality of the shirts has nothing to do with the advertising fotos. Cheap looking prints on shirts of cheap fabric.

⚠️ Buyer Beware ⚠️ Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. The biggest problem is not just the extremely long shipping time—it is the way this company handles its customers after something goes wrong. After receiving my first package, I discovered that it contained an item I had never ordered. Only after I contacted customer support did a second package suddenly appear to be shipped. Since then, I have repeatedly asked three simple questions: • What exactly is included in my second package? • Why was the second package apparently shipped only after I reported the problem with my first order? • Why has it taken so long to resolve such a basic issue? Despite asking these questions several times, I have never received a direct answer. Instead, I have received the same generic, copy-and-paste responses offering small compensation while completely ignoring the actual questions. Any company should know exactly what it has shipped to a customer. If customer support cannot—or will not—confirm the contents of an outstanding shipment, something is seriously wrong with the level of service being provided. Customers deserve honest answers, transparency, and accountability—not scripted replies that avoid every important question. Before ordering from this company, I strongly encourage you to read independent customer reviews and decide for yourself whether this is the level of customer service you are willing to accept. 1 star just because its not possible to give half a star.
