The moment a client requests a valid withdrawal of their liquidated earnings, their risk desk executes an unauthorized administrative freeze on the profile. They are currently attempting to justify the withholding of my funds by forcefully lumping independent trading terminals together to execute arbitrary set-offs against historical, archived sub-accounts—a direct violation of standard account segregation mandates. A formal regulatory file has been officially initialized against OnEquity SA with the Office of the FAIS Ombud under active adjudication by Case Officer Zine Tuswa. The company’s compliance desk is attempting to stall by hiding behind standard 6-week administrative response timelines, but a formal Notice of Procedural Impasse has already been logged with the state authorities. I have full time-stamped server receipts proving their material non-disclosure and breach of Section 2 and 3 of the FAIS General Code of Conduct. Do not risk your capital with this entity unless you are prepared to fight for your money through government regulators, you don't need to suffer the way im doing to withdraw your hard earned money so please (especially my South African people), STAY AWAY from this broker at all costs, you will definitely find better brokers out there.
