I have to say I’m genuinely…
I have to say I’m genuinely disappointed. The way you present and brand yourselves as an Amsterdam-based eyewear brand created an expectation of something unique, stylish, and above all, high quality. Unfortunately, what I received was the complete opposite. The finish on the glasses is shockingly poor — you can literally see the pores, unevenness, and imperfections in the paint. The overall look and feel of the product is extremely cheap. What disappoints me most is that I wasn’t looking for just another generic pair of sunglasses. I ordered from you because I expected something special and beautifully made. Instead, I received something that honestly looks and feels like a €5 pair of sunglasses from a street market. I’m genuinely upset by the huge gap between the image and quality your brand promises and the actual product I received. I expected to be excited when I opened the package, instead, I was simply shocked and disappointed.

Do not trust this brand
Do not trust this brand. They used an AI-generated image clearly based on me, including my distinctive tattoos and jewelry, without my permission. It also appears to be based on a campaign I modeled for for another eyewear brand. I contacted them and requested that they remove it, but they have not responded and the image is still online. This is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional.

When I saw the promotion of the glasses in the video, they changed colors just by touching them, I liked that and that is why I bought them, I got some normal glasses that do not change color.
