I placed an order with them on the 11th…
I placed an order with them on the 18th of August, waited a week, no shipping notification or tracking number. So I emailed to ask for an update and got a response via AI, not pleased with that. Still never got a response so I emailed asking to cancel my order since it hadn’t been shipped yet, got another response from AI saying it was not possible and since then, radio silence. What kind of brand/company treats their customers like this? Let alone not reply with a single email or anything from an actual team member. Ridiculous.

Will take ages to ship, will lie to avoid refunding you.
Website advertised product as taking 5-10 business days for shipping. After 3 weeks and no tracking updates, I emailed customer service, who said they would get back to me. They did not, and I emailed them back to cancel and refund my order as it had not shipped according to tracking number. They then tell me that it has shipped so they can't refund it, and later the next day the tracking number updates with "order processed." Awful customer service, awful communication, I don't even care about the quality of the product is at this point. Don't order from here, there are dupes on Amazon for half the price.

La qualità della borsa è in linea con il prezzo reale pagato. L'azienda propone costantemente uno sconto del 50% pubblicizzato sul proprio sito, se ne deduce che il prezzo relae non è quello pieno, ma quello scontato perennemente. Inoltre ho il forte sospetto che l'azienda venda solo dietro "commessa" ovvero non appena raggiunto un certo quantitativo di richieste manda in produzione la borsa. Ho ordinato il 19/03 e mi è stata consegnata dopo 2 mesi dopo che comunque risultava "disponibile" sul sito ma, in realtà, andata out of stock. L'azienda è stata carina nello spedirmi un piccolo presente senza alcun costo aggiuntivo. Il servizio clienti è stato comunque sempre presente e disponibile.
