The SleePods quality to price ratio is not good. Pros: decent (barely) audio quality for its purpose. Cons: ANC is a joke. When removed from ears in the dark middle of the night and placed in its case it LITS UP LIKE A FLASHLIGHT until fully charged! Wich can take an hour or more! Brilliant feature for a sleeping device. It's beyond comprehension really. I payed over 700 SEK for these, I'd say they're should be sold for max 300 or not at all.

⭐☆☆☆☆ 1 Star - Buyer Beware I ordered the Openhagen SleePods hoping to improve my sleep, but unfortunately the active noise cancelling does not work nearly as well as advertised. The noise reduction is minimal, and I was very disappointed with the performance. What is even more frustrating is the company's return policy. Their website states that customers can return the product for a refund if they are not happy. However, when I contacted customer service, I was told that because of "hygiene reasons," they cannot accept returns on opened products. This makes absolutely no sense. How is a customer supposed to determine whether the SleePods work effectively without opening and trying them first? If the product remains unopened, there is no way to evaluate comfort, fit, sound quality, or noise cancellation. Instead of honoring what appears to be their advertised satisfaction guarantee, I was only offered a 20% refund. That means I am left paying for a product that does not perform as expected and cannot be returned. My experience has been disappointing both with the product and the customer service. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend reading the return policy very carefully before purchasing or better yet go with another company. Buyer beware.

This company is basically an e-store front.
This company is not very goid. They do not even have a physical presence so you can leave a Google review. My first set of Sleepods were faulty. They would not change modes and the charger would charge randomly. After a LOT of emailing they organized a return and sent me a new set and this latest set the charger is completely broken, just flashes at 0 charge rate. Do not waste your money.

I ordered Openhagen Sleepods
I ordered Openhagen Sleepods. They arrived fairly quickly (to Toronto from Copenhagen). I wasn't happy with the sound quality and frequent connection drops. I informed Openhagen about the issues I was facing. The customer support representative (Liezel) at Openhagen asked a few questions to determine if I was using the pods properly. In the end it was found that the pods I received were defective. Liezel immediately dispatched a new set. I received the replacement pods yesterday and my first night of using them was absolutely wonderful. Clear, crisp and uninterrupted sound. I would rate the sound quality to be equal or better than the Bose pods I had been using. A big shout out to Liezel and Openhagen for their cooperation, help and immediate remedial action. Thank you!

Excellent customer support
I purchased the ukulele wall hanger (in oak) from Openhagen. As a few other reviews here note, shipping is not particularly fast (but good things are worth waiting for, and two-day shipping shouldn't be as normalized as it is). When there was an issue with the product I received, I reached out to Openhagen by email and got a quick, helpful response from the (human) customer support team, and a no-hassle resolution shortly thereafter. I'm very pleased with both the purchase and the kindness of the support team.:)
