The site is easy to navigate and their support are always active. My problem is the delays with payouts, it takes too much time. With .#Crop. Mines..# it's different, their services are excellent and my payouts constant and timely.

Outdated System
I have used several trading platforms and brokers. Unfortunately, my experience with Optimus has been by far the worst. Initially, I was attracted by what appeared to be competitive margin requirements. However, I later discovered that the margin information displayed on their website was outdated and did not reflect actual trading requirements. Because of this, I would strongly advise traders not to rely solely on the information published on their website. Another major issue is the complexity of their operational structure. Traders have to deal with multiple entities such as Optimus, Ironbeam, CQG, Certigo, and others. When problems arise, it can be difficult to determine who is responsible, creating unnecessary confusion and frustration. Their account statements and reporting are also difficult to read and understand compared to the more user-friendly systems offered by other brokers. Overall, the platform and supporting infrastructure feel outdated, resembling systems from decades ago rather than modern trading technology. My biggest concern stems from a situation where I lost money after receiving conflicting information from Ironbeam and Optimus. I followed the guidance provided by Optimus, only to later learn that Ironbeam had a different interpretation. The lack of consistency between the organizations created a costly and frustrating experience. Optimus Customer Service is one of the best. I mostly got connected to one person and he provided best guidance and help. But when i connected to other customer service, they provided vague answers. I found Ironbeam's customer service to be extremely difficult to work with, making it challenging to get clear answers or timely support when issues occurred. If Optimus is used via TradingView, it'll not enforce to not buy a contract if the dates are near. But Ironbeam will liquidate the position based on the dates and charge a fine on top of this. So need to manually check the dates. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Optimus. The outdated systems, confusing relationships between service providers, inconsistent guidance created a trading experience that fell far below my expectations.

Optimus is a top option
I really like Optimus and they are the best option for what I want. They have great margins and fantastic customer service. They have API access but not sure if I need to use they're per-approved rhythmic trading platforms or if I can just get my own API to setup my local AI.
