Charged, but no order confirmation, IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch
Tried to place an order the other day, it didn't go through (the items are still in my cart), yet I was charged for it (100+ euros). IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with them!! Sent them an email and got a reply it's an unmonitored inbox and I should try chat or calling (why is the email address on your website then??). No link for the chat and the phone number apparently doesn't exist either. I've been a customer for over a decade, but ever since they closed their physical selling points in Spain, it's been a nightmare to shop online, the website is horrendous and the customer service apparently non-existent. Great products but no point buying them if you're going to be charged but not sent anything. Avoid!

BE WARNED
Be warned Placed order a few days ago. Money taken but no confirmation received. Contacted customer services via chat and no matter how many times I requested confirmation to be sent, always told ‘don’t worry, order we I’ll be sent’ but never confirmed any part of my order. Not even an order number. Said it must of been a system failure that prevented the confirmation email being sent. So I asked for this to be sent now. No success I’m not sure whether legit but wish I hadn’t used my card and purchased anything. Might cancel my bank card and request a new one, Dodgy to say the least

I ordered 4 items but only 1 was delivered. Since I used a third-party freight forwarding company as the shipping provider, they didn’t even properly consider my complaint and tried to redirect me to the third-party company instead. I also repeatedly asked them to check the package weight when it left the warehouse, but they responded very rudely and ignored my request. I’m still in shock about this experience.

Ordered mullien drops
Ordered mullien drops, buy 1 get 1 supposed free. On arrival its green liquid chlorophyll, a green filler dye that stains your teeth. I bought mullien pure previous so know the real stuff, this is 100 percent scam. Sent two emails as no address to return on package, email bounced back reciever not accepting, funny that. So its off to the fraud department of my bank. They have all there details and will get me my full refund, remember that folks, I am disabled and buy a lot online. Origin drops mullien are 100 percent chlorophyll. So any problems with this company report em to fraud depths of your bank and they will get the refund in full for you. Don't let them steal your money.

TOO BAD THERE IS NO "ZERO STARS" OPTION HERE!!!
If there were "Zero"stars, I would have chosen that. WHY DIDN'T I DO MY PROPER RESEARCH FIRST????!!! My liquid mushroom product, Dr. Weil's "Origins Dr. Andrew Weil For Origins Mega-Mushroom Relief & Resilience Advanced Face Serum", stings the eyes, so watch out. Nasty chemicals within!! It also only got a "Fair" rating on the E.W.G. website. It also scored badly with the Yuka app. I should have researched it first, BUT I NAIVELY/STUPIDLY TRUSTED THAT (super overweight all the time and is that good??) DR. WEIL, as I followed him for decades. I thought I'd treat myself with an expensive (for me!) beauty product, but SHAME ON YOU, DR. WEIL, AND YOU, TOO, 0RIGINS.......never again. Time for, and multiple other critique sites This was an expensive disappointment. I should have done more research before purchasing, but I STUPIDLY TRUSTED THOSE MUSHROOMS (magic potion??!!) AND DR. WEIL - I AM AN IDIOT! I hope you are smarter than I am!!!!
