Really disappointed with the Osprey “Offroad” scooter. My son used it exactly as you’d expect an off-road scooter to be used — riding off-road and through a puddle — and after less than three rides, the wheel bearings seized up. I contacted customer services only to discover that the scooter comes with a limited 7-month warranty, which is pretty poor for a product that’s supposed to be designed for off-road use. It certainly looks the part, but unfortunately the quality and durability just don’t match the appearance. An “off-road” scooter that can’t cope with a puddle without the bearings failing after a handful of rides isn’t fit for purpose in my opinion. Avoid — there are better options out there.

Bought a few bits from Osprey this summer, wetsuit and skimboard. Great price, good quality, speedy delivery and good selection. Would definitely recommend.

Massive well done to Osprey and their customer service
Massive well done to Osprey and their customer service, I emailed them to say that a part had broken on Harrys scooter, they said they would sort it and much to my surprise a whole new scooter was delivered yesterday 👍🏻 👏 My son was very pleased Thanks again 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
