Disappointing customer service & missing item & no response or refund or replacement item
I’m extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled. I placed an order for two pieces of jewellery and received one of the items I paid for, along with a third piece that was kindly included as a free extra. However, the second item I actually ordered and paid for was completely missing from the package. I contacted the company to explain the issue and was initially told that both items had supposedly been shipped, and was asked to double-check the package and confirm whether it had been damaged. I did exactly that and explained that the package arrived intact. I also clarified that the additional piece I received was the free item they had included, and was therefore separate from the item I had actually ordered. Despite explaining the situation clearly, I was then left without a response. I sent a follow-up email after several days, again politely asking them to resolve the issue and send the item I had paid for. I have still received no response. I understand that mistakes can happen with orders. What I find particularly disappointing is the lack of communication and the fact that I have had to repeatedly chase up an issue that should have been straightforward to resolve. I’m not expecting special treatment, I simply expect to receive the product I paid for, or at the very least receive a response regarding the issue. Unfortunately, the way this has been handled has left a very poor impression of the company’s customer service. I hope they eventually resolve this, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend the company unless you want to sink your money on a random spend as it’s been about 2 or 3 weeks at this point and i’ve had nothing in regards to a replacement item, a refund or even acknowledgment beyond the initial email telling me to check my package again as if i had missed it…

The nose ring broke in 2 days and one of stud came off. The clicker wouldn’t latch . Worst piece & waste of money. Don’t recommend.

Jewelry is decent quality for the price…
Jewelry is decent quality for the price, but shipping was a nightmare. My package was lost and while they were quick to replace it, you are definitely getting what you are paying for.

I'll be a repeat customer!
I saw an ad for this company on YouTube and instantly went to the website. I was super impressed with the selection of jewelry, I was impressed with the option of a free gift after a certain amount spent, I received my order very quickly and I was extra impressed with the packaging. In fact, I like the packaging so much I kept it to store my new jewelry! The jewelry itself is high quality for a very affordable price, and super easy to put in and take out. I got 5 hinged nose hoops and 2 nose studs and they are all beautiful, durable, and don't turn my skin green! I will definitely be buying again! Highly recommend!
