It’s been a month since I was advised I would receive a refund for my faulty / poor quality item. I have written 2 reviews each time being asked to contact customer service which I have done multiple times. I am now taking legal action as this is unlawful

What I have to say is much the same as…
What I have to say is much the same as other reviews cannot find anyway to get satisfaction with changing a size which is to small. I have been all over their web site & when I tap on refunds & returns you come to a complete stop as there is no direction to help you with this navigation all I want is a larger size PLEASE.

I cannot find an email address so that I can advise the company that they sent me the wrong size and colour. I ordered the 3 piece in Navy and got grey, I ordered a large and 3xl..... I need to return this item but cannot find the relevant information anywhere......... I have noted what other people say and would reinforce their comments. Most disappointed and annoyed at the unprofessional attitude of this company and their website. I have tried every way to email Customer Service with no effect.

Have not been able to contact Ovvababy
Have not been able to contact this company, I received two pairs of trousers far too small sizing all wrong, I need too send them back but receive no response from them I am so disappointed with this transaction I intend to take this further. I will not be ripped of by this dreadful company. After 10 frustrating emails l have finally received a refund thank you.

Very poor quality and bad communication
Very poor quality and also sizing is wrong. Contacted company via email who just kept saying they wanted more information for a refund. Don't order anything by ovvababy.com. if you need to return something, they make is impossible.
