Zero Customer Support
There is no doubting that the items themselves are good, however their customer service is terrible. I ordered an Ayrton Senna paracord buddy. After several weeks of receiving nothing I began sending emails to the company. I sent four emails in all. All four were completely ignored. Won’t be ordering from them again x

Don’t bother, unless you’re not in a rush & want terrible customer service.
My order took just over 3 weeks to arrive. This wouldn’t have been a problem if they’d emailed me and told me there was a severe delay. Instead, I was constantly emailing them via the customer service email address or sending a message via their website. Because I wasn’t getting a reply within a day, a few days or a week, I commented on several of their social media post. And you can guess what happened, they don’t bother to reply to anything. They’ve got no problem posting about things on social media, but can’t be bothered to email their customers. I ended up sending spam complaints via their website and surprise surprises, no replies at all. Funnily enough, the items arrived, eventually. Now the product itself looks decent, however, the helmet visor, easily comes so easily if it’s in your pocket or in a bag. Look at all the reviews and comments before you consider making a purchase. If you want the worlds worse customer service then crack . i know some people are still waiting or waited longer then me.

SCAM!!!!: Ordered on June 21. Item never arrived.
Ordered on June 21. The second I check the order on "Shop" it says it's delivered on July 21. No tracking. No proof.
