Payhip works great for this indie author
What I love most about Payhip as an independent author is that their interface allowed me to create the kind of store and website I needed to sell my books and communicate with people - without all the complicated code and plugins and nonsense I've had to deal with at other sites. Their customer service has been good whenever I have had an issue. I recommend them.

Outstanding Customer Support
I had been dealing with a frustrating account issue involving two Payhip stores and was having difficulty figuring out exactly what had gone wrong. K** was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She took the time to investigate the issue, clearly explained what had happened, and helped me regain access to the correct account. What I appreciated most was that she didn't just send a generic response—she actually addressed my specific problem and stayed with it until I had an answer. After quite a bit of frustration on my end, it was a relief to finally understand what was happening and be able to move forward. Easy and user-friendly platform
Payhip is such a great platform! It’s incredibly easy to use, intuitive, and makes selling digital products so simple. I especially like that Payhip handles VAT for customers, which makes everything so much easier for creators and sellers. I’ve had a great experience using Payhip and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a simple and reliable platform for selling digital products.

Best platform for digital creators Review: I love how user-friendly Payhip is. Setting up a storefront took minutes, and their pricing structure is extremely fair compared to other platforms. Customer checkout is smooth, and payouts are prompt. 5 stars all around!

Monica, Lucy, Joanna, and Janice gave me the best support during my Payhip account setup; the onboarding was truly outstanding. I've tried other similar platforms, but Payhip is by far the most user-friendly for non-technical people, especially for their website builder and marketing tools. What stands out most is Payhip's humility; they still call themselves a small company, but their support and service feel like they come from a much bigger, more established team. Wishing Payhip continued growth and success, and keep up the great work!
