Now they even trying to removing free…
Now they even trying to removing free users out of platform like no free editing, redact, sign which were used to give free early and they keep on giving updates to make their premium more heavily bundled. Don't use this app its same as Adobe PDF .

This has become scam software
This has become scam software. It never lets you proceed without paying for this weeks upgrade... it is literally the worse purchase you could ever make and goodness knows what they are harvesting via the ai reader. It is a total spam scam junk rip off - but used to be good.

Faccio seguito alla mia recensione precedente, molto negativa in quanto non riuscivo più ad utilizzare il prodotto a causa di una finestra di aggiornamento che lo impediva. Seguendo le istruzioni indicatemi nella risposta dell'azienda sono riuscito a sbloccarne l'uso. Sono tuttora convinto che non sia completamente corretto che debba essere il cliente a risolvere un problema creato dall'azienda produttrice, ma almeno una soluzione è stata possibile e ho deciso di modificare la mia recensione.

Cut the sales pitch ---Wondershare
I've been using Wondershare PDF for several years, and overall I like it. It's simple, intuitive, and easy to use, which is why I've stuck with it. That said, it can be a bit buggy. There are lots of small annoyances that, on their own, aren't a big deal, but over time they start to add up. My biggest frustration is the constant upselling. Even if you choose the perpetual licence and simply want to keep your software updated, there always seems to be another prompt to buy something, upgrade, or remind you about an additional product. I just want to use my computer without being constantly marketed to. If they toned down the sales pitches and spent more time polishing the software, it would be a much better experience.

Wondershare Misrepresents Redaction Feature
Wondershare's website claims that PDFelement had "Batch Support" that can "Redact Across Multiple PDFs." That's not true! Which one can only find out after purchasing the product. When I emailed customer service pointing out the mistake/misrepresentation (ticket# B4LS69612L77079156), on the same day I purchased/tried the product, they denied the refund despite the lack of functionality they promise on their website because I'd had a free trial -- even though the free trial makes it seem like the bulk redact functionality is behind the paywall and not part of the trial. In fact, it's not part of the free trial or the paid product!
