Legit/official website but UI needs to improve but one staff member was extremely customer oriented and helpful

This is the official website for PEAK Sport DE. I wanted to purchase a Jokić jersey before going to watch Serbia Basketball MNT in the Olympics. PEAK is the sponsor for Serbia Basketball MNT. But, their User interface (UI) was not very customer friendly. Therefore, I called the number listed on their website and inquired with a staff member of Color Crew GMBH (who partner with PEAK). This staff member (Kristof) really helped me order the jersey and delivered it as quickly as they could while updating me on WhatsApp. I really appreciated the timely delivery because I was able to take this jersey to the Olympics. However, another staff member didn't print the number/name on the jersey. That being said, Kristof enabled me to return the jersey without paying for it and printed the number/name on the jersey perfectly. While I couldn't have Jokić name on the jersey when I watched him in the Olympics, they were able to print the name/number and send it back. Really appreciate the support of Kristof, who went above and beyond to help me. He spoke in English and was extremely courteous.
