I am very happy with the pebblebee clip…
I am very happy with the pebblebee clip and card. The clip does provide a nice, platform independent and rechargable way of device tracking, while the card is the slimmest tracker I have ever seen. Unlike the competition, no monthly fees for full functionality.

Bought 10+ of these clips but many issues
Bought 10+ of these clips as I loved the rechargeable battery idea, but sadly it turned out that they have issues that means I will have to find an alternative brand, as more of them start failing. 1st problem: Overtime, I had the plastic rings for about 8 of them that broke... Initially, when they broke, Pebblebee customer services did well and replaced them without question (they admitted to a design/quality issue), but this year, I had 3 more whose ring broke. Despite them still being within warranty (2 years in EU) Pebblebee started to ask for shipment contribution... I argued the case (not legal) but lost the battle and eventually agreed to pay this contribution (around €5) as I needed them quite urgently and it was still cheaper than buying new ones. Now I am getting another issue which is more worrying, as it defeats the whole purpose of having these clips. I have 2 devices that we lost at home after hiding things during our last holidays. We tried to use the find options and despite saying they are "nearby" (and we know that they are since we know we hid them... just do not remember where), they simply do not react to "Find nearby" or "Play sound" meaning I cannot find them... It happened before (we tend to be less careful when hiding things since these clips are supposed to help us find them) and once we eventually found them the normal way OR stumbled upon them, I followed the recommendation, did the full reset + repair process and also ran firmware update a few times. They work initially, but they eventually go back to behaving like that after a few days/weeks, when we need them. Bottom line, when they work, they are great, but they are not reliable enough to 100% trust them with our valuable things. I am worried the other clips will soon have the same issues... and we will really struggle to find more and more of our items as we misplace them (at home) or really lose them ( outside homw). In effect, they are many forum posts from other users that seems to have the exact same issue (bluetooth "stack" in the clip getting stucks), so it is sadly not an isolated case...

Love Love Love PebbleBee products
Love Love Love PebbleBee products. I am using the Card 5 and Clip 5 (bought several of each) for all my travel and tracking needs! They interface very easily with the FindMy app. and they are loud and last a long time. Thank you PebbleBee for such great products!

These trackers are the best yet
These trackers are the best yet. Had apple ones but the sound was way too low. Pebblebee units are louder and much easier to track especially around the house.
