Lockvogel Angebote, sehr enttäuschend.

Ein Welcome15% wird angeboten und nach Zahlung und Bestellung Bestätigung kommt am nächsten Tag ein Mail das ein Fehler aufgetreten ist und man den Betrag nach Zahlen soll, genau dem Discount. Tolle Firma, nicht! Wurde natürlich nicht gemacht. Zumindest das Geld wurde umgehend zurück überwiesen

Unprofessional company!!!

Unprofessional company!!!! False Sizecharts. When ordering a fresh tac short in Medium which says 1/2 waist fr is 28 and you get a short with 38 inch they say it's all like ordered. No Quality Control on the products made in china. Directly made to the problem of the customer. They even are not ashamed to ask for another 11 Bucks for a exchange of products after you sent back false items for 18 Euros. Also not answering EMAILS for Weeks. Truly incompetent.

I have Order 2 Pants from them. FedEx has no Club where it is. I reach out to the Pentagon Customer Service I wrote 2 Emails but no answer. Very unprofessional

After reviewing the case internally, we did locate your email and regret that, due to an unexpected staffing issue, it was not handled as quickly as it should have been. For that, we sincerely apologize. Regarding your order, it was dispatched promptly from our facilities and tracking details were sent automatically. According to the courier’s tracking history, the shipment reached the local facility the following day, experienced two delivery exceptions, and was then transferred to a local partner to complete delivery. The parcel was successfully delivered shortly after. During our review, we also noticed that different contact details were used across communications, which may have contributed to the confusion. BDU 2.0 pants strange sizing

I have a pair of BDU 2.0 pants Coyote colour for 2 or 3 years. Have purchased new, luckily I was able to change the size since my normal size was way too small, so I went one size up and its still snug. Quality is awful, seams are not aligned, but at least it’s durable. I’ve bought a pair in Terra Brown recently in the same size, and it’s just literally one size smaller. Waist measures 2 centimeters less than the old pair, while the tag reads the same size.

Thank you for the detailed and technical feedback. The BDU 2.0 pants have undergone controlled production updates over the years, including fabric sourcing and dyeing processes. While the design specifications remain consistent, variations in fabric behavior during dyeing and finishing can result in minor dimensional differences between production runs. That said, a measurable waist deviation of the kind you describe should not occur within the same labeled size. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I am extremely disappointed with how this company has handled my case. I purchased a jacket where the zipper broke shortly after delivery. What should have been a straightforward return or warranty process turned into a long and exhausting exchange of emails. Despite clearly stating that the item was defective and that I wished to return it, I was repeatedly told that I had to find a courier myself and provide exact pickup details, instead of being given a simple return label or clear return instructions. At no point was I provided with a confirmed return address or a workable solution. The responsibility was continuously pushed back onto me as the customer, even though they are the seller, they chose the courier, and they shipped the item. Eventually, communication stalled altogether. This approach feels unprofessional and unacceptable. Customers should not be expected to solve a company’s internal logistics in order to return a faulty product. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

We are sorry to read that your experience did not meet expectations. At Pentagon Tactical we take product claims and customer support seriously. In this case, we confirmed from the beginning that the jacket could be returned for technical inspection and refund if a manufacturing defect was verified. Due to courier limitations in the customer’s area, alternative return options were discussed while arrangements were being confirmed. Unfortunately, the product was disposed of before the return process was completed, which made inspection and refund processing impossible under our policy and standard warranty procedures. We understand the frustration involved and regret that the matter did not reach the resolution the customer hoped for. Our team remains committed to transparent processes, consistent policy application, and continuous improvement of our service.
