Tiffany W.U. was my main point of contact throughout the entire process. It can be quite daunting to do business from so far away and trust a company with such a significant investment, especially when purchasing large and important equipment, but Tiffany made the whole experience incredibly smooth and reassuring. She was always responsive and helpful, promptly providing all the necessary documentation, certifications, safety information, and other details at every step of the process. We communicated mainly through WhatsApp, but everything was also properly documented through email and WeChat, which made me feel extremely safe and confident throughout the purchase. The products I purchased were all of extremely high quality. Everything was carefully packed and delivered directly to my door, and I can honestly say that the additional cost for the import and door-to-door service was completely worth it. P.E. Pilates is now my trusted supplier, and I will definitely continue ordering from them for any future equipment needs. I have been so happy with the whole experience that I was even happy to become a customer contact in Europe, so I can help other businesses feel more confident about buying from them by sharing my own successful experience. I have been in the Pilates industry for over 30 years and have seen and used all the pilates brands and I was extremely impressed with PE Pilates equipment . Their quality are amazing for a fraction of the price. I got some reformer towers, classical reformer, chairs and ladder barrel and the gyrotonic machine too and they all arrived in their own crates and are absolutely amazing quality. Tiffany helped me the entire time to find what I wanted and to let me know of the entire process. She is such a wonderful person and I highly recommend her! I have done a second order since and planning a 3rd one shortly. Thank you 😊

An absolutely wonderful company
An absolutely wonderful company. The product is a high quality reformer that has not let us down. We have received consistent comments on how great our reformers are to use. What sets this company apart though from many others is the customer service. It’s flawless and most wonderful. We’ve been dealing with Tiffany and she consistently delivers a wonderful experience for us. From our first inquiry all the way up until today. She’s always willing to help us and troubleshoot our questions. A trustworthy and sincerely wonderful company.
