Do not trust the sales team!!! Being an international buyer! I messaged the sales team of the outfit I wanted and provided my full body measurements! Was advised a large would be perfect! Outfit arrived and I was swimming in it! Messaged the team to advise! And all I was getting was that you purchased the large! I’m really confused you keep asking for the same information which I have already provided to you! I solely relied on your sales person to provide me with the correct size and they confirmed that a large would be perfect!! I was mislead to buy the large. I am requesting that you take responsibility and provide a fair and reasonable resolution. If this matter is not resolved, I will take this complaint to the National Consumer Helpline (Department of Consumer Affairs, Government of India) and, if necessary, pursue the matter through the appropriate Consumer Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. I have retained all messages and evidence showing the sizing advice I received from your salesperson. I would prefer to resolve this directly with you, but I expect this matter to be taken seriously and resolved fairly

This has been the worst online shopping…
This has been the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. I strongly recommend NOT buying from this website. The website says delivery takes 5–6 days, but it has been almost a month and I still haven’t received my outfit. Be aware that you may also have to pay customs fees that can end up costing almost as much as the order itself, practically doubling the total cost. My friend received her outfit with one trouser leg shorter than the other and a terribly made between legs seam. If your order is delayed and will arrive after the event you bought it for, they will not let you cancel it. You have to receive it, pay the customs charges, and then send it back. And even then, you don’t get a refund to your original payment method - only store credit. I would never order from Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop again.
