Brilliant advice and speedy service
I contacted the company when I was investigating buying a buggy for my elderly dog. I got a swift response, with lots of useful info and advice. I ended up buying a model they pointed out, which was cheaper than the one I was looking . It is perfect, and my girl is really happy using it. The turnaround between ordering and delivery was quick too. So grateful for the recommendation that sent me to the Pers Own Us people.

I Made contact via the business WhatsApp before ordering my injured dog a buggy. Very quick response very helpful, answered all my questions and generally very knowledgeable on the products they are selling. Delivery was amazingly quick ordered on a Wednesday morning delivered by Friday afternoon in time for a long bank holiday weekend. We Went for the inno pet sporty deluxe, which handles the fields and tracks well.. folds down fits in the car on the back seat. So easy to put together. Only criticism is the front zip opens in two halves from the top- in my opinion giving too much freedom for the dog to jump out the front. We have found a solution. So I’m very happy with the what we brought. My dog is a 24kg mini labradoodle, my mums 20kg cocker spaniel does fit in it better. But still enough space for dog, and shorter rounder dog max of 25kg this is ideal!

Fantastic experience with Pets Own Us
I had a fantastic experience with Pets Own Us. The price was great, and getting 10% off was an added bonus! POU were fantastic to deal with, with very prompt and helpful replies via their WhatsApp number. The buggy I ordered arrived incredibly quickly, especially as I had explained that I was returning to work the following week making deliveries tricky! I’m very pleased with the buggy I ordered — it’s exactly what I wanted and I couldn’t be happier with it. I would definitely recommend Pets Own Us and would happily buy from them again.

My dog strained a ligament in back leg
My dog strained a ligament in back leg, vet said extremely minimal movement for 8 weeks, so I bought the innopet stroller which arrived promptly. It is absolutely brilliant, light, beautiful engineering. It is perfect for our needs at the moment which is to be able to go out for “walks” in a restful healing way for the dog.
