Wonderful experience
I’d like to share a few words about our experience with Philippe Harold and working with Marcel. We took a three-day trip to Antwerp, hoping to bring our ring home with us, but since it needed to be custom-made, it took over a week. Throughout the process, though, working with Marcel gave us complete confidence. Sure enough, about 10 days later, our ring arrived in a large parcel with all the official documents—and it was absolutely perfect. Marcel is incredibly experienced, and we never once felt rushed. We had all the time we needed to ask questions and explore different diamonds. It was truly a wonderful experience, and we will absolutely return if we ever come back to Antwerp. We had the most incredible experience with Antwerp Diamonds and Marcel. We traveled all the way from Ireland to Antwerp, and it was 100% worth it! From our very first call with Marcel, we knew we were in expert hands. He was informative, friendly, and made sure we were completely comfortable with the process. When we arrived at his shop, we had a private appointment and were never rushed — just genuine, professional advice and support. Marcel sent us detailed 3D images of the ring design before anything was made, so we could see exactly how it would look and make any changes we wanted. He really took the time to make sure everything was perfect and that we were completely happy. If you're in Ireland and thinking about buying a diamond ring, I would absolutely recommend reaching out to Marcel. He knows everything there is to know about diamonds and makes what could be a complicated process feel simple, exciting, and personal. Wonderful end to end experience and final product.
Another wonderful experience working with Marcel and Edouard at Phillip Harold. Walked through the design process for our new Daisy Cluster Diamond ring, creating models and making any requested changes. Top quality service, responsiveness and end product. This is our 5th ring from PH and always a great experience, I will go nowhere else!!
