Phix Rolling Stones Black Velvet Biker Jacket.
I purchased the Rolling Stones Black Velvet Biker Jacket. All I can say is "FANTASTIC" The fit is great, the quality superb and it looks stunning. I'm so pleased I purchased this jacket it's a real headturner. I pride myself on wearing clothes that nobody else has and that you can't buy on the highstreet. A big thank you to Phix for producing such quality clothing.

Professional client service!
Beyond the great and unique style, Phix has a reliable, kind and professional client service! The reaction to my question/issue is outstanding fast and in particular the solution offered! Such a pity Phix is distributing online only. I would much appreciate if there’s a possibility to try pieces on before placing an order via a pop up store for example. Maybe this could be offered in the future. For now, big thumbs up to the team beyond Phix!

Solid Follow Up Service Won Me Over
Originally, what was a disappointing and frustrating initial experience was turned around in a thorough, friendly fashion. Initially, I had purchased a pretty snazzy sequin shirt for some upcoming events, and chose Phix based on the variety of styles which appeared high quality and reputable, unlike the knock-off junk that's common online. My shirt arrived promptly and appeared to be that one-of-a-kind piece I was going for, only for some disappointment to arise after a few wears due to quality issues. It was after the return period, so I emailed customer service to share my concerns and initially got a quick reply with apology and asking for photos. I promptly replied, but did not hear anything after that, even after asking for updates. This happened over the course of a few weeks, leading to frustration and me eventually posting a critical review on Trust Pilot. Literally, within an hour of sharing my review, I received a reply from Wes at Phix who had found my order, the customer service chain, and wanted to make things right. He was professional and thorough, even digging into the issue and sharing details on the unfortunate error on their end that resulted in the service oversight. He lived up to what I expected from a classy brand by allowing me to get a replacement shirt and winning me over with his prompt, friendly, and humble communications. It's clear he takes pride in the brand, and turned me from a "never again" frustrated customer into a loyal fan. Fortunately for others, it does appear that my experience was an exception to their normal service level. Based on their follow up on Trust Pilot, I would not hesitate to purchase from them again, as they do stand behind their products. I'd recommend you do so as well, as they really do have some of the most unique vintage pieces out there.
