Bad quality, ruined after 1 wear
Bought a toddlers Pink Soda set from JD. It’s a grey shorts and sweater set with embroidered logo on the chest. My daughter wore it only once and it’s gone extremely bobbly. It’s as if she’s worn it to bed as pyjamas for months. Label states 44% cotton but I highly doubt it with how it’s bobbled and worn after only 1 wear. I washed it following the instructions on the label and it’s bobbled even more. Very disappointed for a £30 toddler set. Will be returning it to JD as the quality and wear is awful

I have a pink soda sport coat and oh my god is it literally the best coat for winter time I have ever had in my life! I wore it today having to walk to an appointment due to my car being down and I was sweating the whole time! I highly recommend buying items from them!

The best sport shoes I have ever had! Very light and very comfy. I bought 3 pairs: black, ecru and pink ones. I hope they will come back to the stories.

damaged items, unable to return, expect me to pay in full
Ordered items. Full tracksuit came faulty. Other items seemed ok at the time but one pair of leggings has since lost all shape but I havent even bothered complaining following the state of how badly they have dealt with the tracksuit complaint. I sent photos of the damaged tracksuit and was told I could either have a full refund if I returned it or a 50% discount. The tracksuit is actually unwearable there are that many marks on it. Making contact with the customer service has been painful to say the least. Eventually communicated enough to arrange a full return provided by then for a full refund, They have now ignored all response to arrange this and now I am getting automatic emails saying this company is closed. I had marked the items as returned on klarna and now I am being asked to pay for them in full with absolutely no further contact from pink soda. Absolutely shocking behaviour from a company which has ties to JD sports and other websites such as Very, surely someone somewhere could be checking their emails. There was no warning at all the store would be closing down and now I am stuck with damaged items and I am being required to pay for these in full. It is asif they replied slow on purpose so that I would be left with no way to contact them and they would then receive full payment. Absolute scam behaviour.
