PIXIE REBEL does not have any AFTER SALES SERVICE
Commercial conditions: return can be effected within 14 days upon approval of saler, to the charge of buyer (how much from France to US? ). No reimbursement possible but a store credit..... I placed an order ref.#J95820 from France (I write in english to ensure larger diffusion of information). I received for my daughter a raven top, 85 euros, received a child size instead of an adult size, asked immediately for a return, no answer since then..... but just an email from "Cenna", telling me she reads every email; still waiting for a reimbursement from Pixie rebels, whose pratices are just aimed to make money with absolutely no consideration for customer. what is the next step for me then?: headquarters in Netherlands, goods sent from China, returns (when possible, I doubt) in US to the charge of customer.....do not buy on that site.

I really liked everything I purchased
I really liked everything I purchased, and it all came within two weeks. I mean it is expensive, but if it's worth it for you, you'll be happy! Nothing I got was different from what it looked like online, and I haven't been wearing it yet. (waiting for it to get colder so I can wear the cool jackets!) I looked on Reddit before purchasing, and people were saying the prices were way too high/ it's dropshipped, and I mean the prices were high but it's something that was worth it for me. The stuff is thick and seems high end, NOT shein quality (or even like some expensive stores at the mall that give you fast fashion, bad quality trash). Idk how this works, but if there are updates on quality, I could maybe do that? The customer service is SO kind and sweet too! (: I think I might order again (but I def need to save up more lol). Also the stuff is EXACTLY like the pics. Like the fabric and everything.
