Solid choice
While searching for hot tubs, Mike at Country Luxx would stay in touch. He was a big reason also Brandon while we went with them. We’re very happy so far with our hot tub especially the power of the jets. It’s sits perfect in our patio. Ron

My buying experience was not the best
My buying experience was not the best, but that was the dealer. The tub is fantastic, just as expected and works well. Quality was great. The only thing I would like to see is a easy open cover as part of the fully loaded package, I was not offered one and did not know it was not included until it delivered.

We purchased Platinum Spas Infinity hot tub from one of the retailers that they sell through. The delivery and setup, as well as the condition of the tub were all flawless. The tub is feature rich and seems to be of good quality. So far, it seems to operate properly and we have no complaints, other than instructions. I took the time to download the owner's manual from Platinum Spas website, thinking that I should read it being a first time spa owner. There was some good information but certainly not everything that I needed. It would be nice for the manufacturer to give guidance on things like what the diverters control so it's not a guessing game, how to remove parts that need to be accessed, and even things like how often and long the cleaning cycles should run for. There should also be documentation on the use of the control panel, which is not provided. The lack of clear instruction on these things is the reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars, other than wanting more clear instruction, everything has been great!
