J' ai contacté le shop par mail pour savoir la disponibilité et si l' envoi pouvait être effectué avant la fermeture des congés ( qui avait lieu 2 jours après mon mail!),et le staff a été réactif puisqu'une fois ma commande passé le colis a été expédié sous 24 h! Ça a été parfait 👍, merci encore!

Final update stillnot received item clearly lost in transit .I requested a refund and have heard more she clearly doesn't want to deal with her customer.so I will have to go through the hassle of a charge back . absolute nightmare of a company to deal with over a little doll for 16 euro .ended up buying off Amazon.AVOID like the plague. Updated . ***As of today i still haven't recieved the item.she says she's bs in holiday .ifali tosee how that matters as I've contacted her before that and was insisting for some reason it's the carriers fault .she sent me the pro carrier tracking and it's still sitting Inthe pro carrier center .for some reason she thinks this is MY problem only.I Still haven't recieved item .I've asked for refund as per charge back rules and she angrily told me she would deal with when she finished her holidays .And I checked with An POST and yes they are marked Inthe outside as napkins .!She hasn't contacted any of the carriers she used to see fromher side what can be done .she emailed me and angrily declared that iwas lieing what anpost has intheir system .she can very easily check and don't appreciate being called a liar over A 16 euro piece of plastic *** buyer beware I ordered on 7 the of July as of today 4 th of august.contacted An post our local carrier in Ireland, it's not on its way and the item I ordered is vinted napkins!and to be delivered to the local post office.(I picked home delivery) I ordered a James bond JAWS pop doll. The person was quick Inthe begining to answer.I have no reply from her since I sent a copy of the tracking from my side.edited as seen by reply below the sender is taking no responsibility for the Parcel and will not send me postage details of what she sent. she's absolutely the rudest unprofessional thing I've ever had the misfortune to encounter.she seems to think because she sent something cheaply that it's mother problemand. You can clearly.see from MY tracking that he item still hasn't arrived and she will not make any contact from her side to see if theirs an issue .she thinks it's my problem and doesn't mince her words. I will make it her problem and charge back for non receipt of goods .

Menaces de porter plainte par téléphone, a éviter
Si vous voulez m'envoyer un mail pour demander mon avis, commencer déjà par utiliser mon prénom au lieux de m'en attribuer un autre ca serait un bon début. edit: et en plus ca signale mon avis pour "contenu illégale"? Ils ont aucune honte, à éviter. edit 2: on vient maintenant de me laisser un message sur mon répondeur en m'accusant de laisser plusieurs avis avec un faux compte (bon courage pour prouver quelque chose de faux) ET on me menace de porter plainte? no way que je retire mon avis sous la menace! par contre par soucis d’honnêteté mea culpa, le mail provenant de "popcollector" était en réalité une adresse en @trustpilotmail
