AVOID!!!! Non existent customer service. I ordered 2 months ago after being sucked in with a special offer! I have sent at least 5 emails and used their webform 3x. Zero response. I used to order my serum through Amazon but I guess they stopped supplying it because Poppy Austin weren't fulfilling their orders. This is a disgusting way to treat customers and I can only surmise that they are raking in money before possibly going under? I can think of no other reason. My bank were great and refunded me but many others are getting ripped off. The product i used is great but this company have lost my custom I'm afraid. AVOID AVOID AVOID unless you have money to burn!

Best moisturiser
Sadly this moisturiser product doesn't seem to be available anywhere. Ive never bought from the business directly, and think all negative reviews here regard direct shipping. Sad because its the best moisturiser I've ever had!!

I wish I’d looked on here before ordering from Poppy Austin. I placed an order 2 weeks ago for £56, I’ve heard nothing, I’ve sent two emails and no response. I’ll have to contact the bank and try to get my money back. Don’t order anything directly from this company!

Stick with Amazon & you'll have a good experience. They reached out offering a free gift after I bought the mascara on Amazon. Got the vitamin C oil. I have a severe gluten & corn allergy. This has been the only company I trust. Also, I just bought the vitamin C oil from Amazon. That is now a staple. I make my own rose water toner, then put the vitamin C oil, then mascara if I'm going somewhere. I keep my makeup minimal.
