A little concern about shipping time (updated)
So far, my experience has been a little concerning, although I hope everything will be resolved soon. I placed my order on July 31st, and after 4 days the status is still “We’re preparing these items for shipping”, so I haven’t yet received a shipping confirmation. Yesterday I also contacted customer support to ask for an update. I completely understand that replies may take some time, so I’m happy to wait. My only concern is that I was hoping to receive the products within the estimated delivery time of around one week for Europe, and at the moment I’m just unsure whether that will still be possible. I hope to receive an update soon, and I’ll be happy to update this review once my order has been shipped or delivered. UPDATE: I’m happy to update my review. Gavin was extremely kind and helpful throughout the situation. Due to an issue, the package arrived later than expected, but Gavin handled everything very professionally and kindly issued me a full refund. I’ve also had the chance to try the products, and I can say that they are genuinely good. I’m happy with their quality and will definitely consider ordering again in the future. Hopefully, everything will go smoothly next time! Thank you, Gavin, for handling the situation so kindly and professionally.

Great packaging! The sent of each product are perfectly balanced - refreshing and not overpowering.
