Proceeded with skepticism, not being familiar with them, however our experience was much more than rewarding. After comparisons with many other companies, because of style, pricing, and availability we completed a 3K dining room furniture purchase. Everything arrived on time needing little assembly and looks extraordinary. A minor defect was immediately resolved without any question.

So happy with this purchase
Ordered a dining table and four chairs. Delivery was prompt and communication regarding delivery was good. Everything was extremely well packaged and the chairs were fully assembled. The table is a gorgeous sintered marble and just required the base to be attached to the top. Again, extremely well packaged.

Extremely poor customer service
I ordered a kitchen table and waited 6 weeks for delivery. When it arrived, I didn't like the finish as I thought it looked like a cheap laminate (I selected the matte sintered stone - should have gotten the glossy). Called same day to request a return and was told I'd have to pay a return fee equal to 20% of the cost ($345) plus a repackaging fee of $70 since the delivery men for the 'white glove' service (for which I paid extra) removed the packaging when they left. I agreed to pay the large return fee and the repackaging fee (that's how much I dislike the table), but cannot get any further with next steps. They asked me to send photos which I did (no damage). I've spoken to three different customer service people and sent at least six emails. It's now nearing four weeks since I first requested to return the table and still I have no directions on next steps on how to return the product (at my great expense)! It's starting to seems like a scam to me now and I wonder if I'll ever be able to return the table and get any of my $ back. Final comment on the return fee: I can understand having to pay the shipping cost but don't understand the return being calculated at 20% of the cost. With this approach, a lighter item that was more expensive is more expensive to return than a heavier item at a lower price tag. I regret ordering from this company!

I purchased a dining table and 4 chairs…
I purchased a dining table and 4 chairs from Povision and was extremely pleased. The quality of the product was excellent and the shipping was great. The only assembly required was attaching the tabletop to the base with the screws provided. My only issue was one side of the base did not fit flush on the table top and I had to get a longer screw. Otherwise, it was a great purchase.
