Sent an item with a massive defect then the expectation was for me to package back up and send back when the defect was very noticeable but still felt it okay to post would not buy again

I placed an order on July 28, they took my payment and I was told I would receive an email confirmation shortly. Today, August 20, th, I have not received either an email confirmation nor my order. I have emailed them and messaged on their website and all I keep being told is they will look into it but they never follow up……I would think twice about ordering from this scam website! ****The response below from Pretty Little Home is the FIRST response I have received since my order July 28 and today is August 21!!! I know to check my “spam” box in my email thank you, and there has been NO email from you! This is the FIRST kind of any kind of communication from you! You did not send any kind of confirmation advising me of anything, that is a blatant lie! I attempted to contact you 3 different ways, email (no response), chat on your website (you saying you will get back to me after confirming my email and you never did), and a message on Instagram (no response)…I have kept copy of all my forms of communication and will share them on media if you keep lying! As you have never responded with any confirmation until this review, I told you I will go to the media with this as you took money and that was the last I heard from you! Please never make a customer out to look bad just to make yourself look good! ******
