⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Company
I couldn't be happier with my experience with Prime EVA! From the very beginning, the communication was excellent. Before production even started, the team took the time to answer all my questions and kept me informed throughout the process, which gave me complete confidence. The final product exceeded my expectations. The quality is fantastic, and it's clear that Prime EVA takes pride in delivering a great product. A very special thank you to Lena for her outstanding support. She was professional, friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Customer service like this is hard to find! I highly recommend Prime EVA to anyone looking for a high-quality product backed by excellent communication and exceptional customer care.

Design flaw sold as a 'feature' + Unacceptable customer service
Great in the front, helpful pre-sale support, but the rear design is a disappointment, and the chance of a fair claim or agreement is practically zero I purchased a full set of Prime Eva car mats for my Volkswagen Multivan T7. On the positive side, the delivery took about two weeks, and everything arrived very nicely packaged. I also must appreciate the pre-sale customer support—before the order arrived, they were very responsive to my inquiries when I explicitly asked and verified whether their mats would truly fit my specific car version with the center table. I am otherwise very satisfied with the mats in the front section; they fit perfectly. Unfortunately, the rear section is a complete disappointment. The customer support is unwilling to accept even a compromise after the purchase, and I cannot recommend the product in this form. Main issues: Blocked seat rails: The mats behind the front seats cover the guide rails. While they do not completely stop the seats from moving forward, they partially block the movement. This is highly annoying and explicitly gets in the way when passengers are getting into the rear row. Useless Velcro: The narrow mat pieces around the center seat do not stay in place at all. The provided Velcro does not stick to the Multivan’s carpet, and the mats constantly pop loose whenever the seats are moved. Moving the center table: In order to slide the center table back, I have to completely remove a part of the mats. I really do not consider this to be a practical solution, and it reduces the overall usability. The biggest disappointment, however, was the support's attitude after the purchase. Instead of acknowledging that their design partially blocks the basic functionality of getting into a family van, they replied that it is a "design feature for maximum floor coverage." They offered me a ridiculous 10% discount so I could buy better (3M) Velcro myself. Since they refused to admit a design flaw, they also refused to provide a free return label. Instead, they expected me to send a heavy package to Poland at my own expense. I am a business owner myself, and I know what a pro-customer approach to problem-solving should look like, but Prime Eva definitely does not have it when it comes to complaints. Unless you want to physically cut and modify the mats yourself at home, buy additional Velcro, and stick it to the bottom (which might not hold any better anyway), definitely avoid the rear set.

26:e maj - allt är levererat. Kvalitet är OK men förvänta er inte mer än vad ni betalar! Den långa leveranstiden är orimlig och grumlar hela upplevelsen. 6:e april drog de pengarna från mitt konto. Nu, 8:e maj, går det inte att få kontakt med företaget. Ingen leverans, ingenting. Bara stendött. Det hade varit trevligare att mata gräsänder i stadsparken med dessa pengar.
