frustrating return policy…
We order two tri colored lumbar pillows. The order was shipped in a timely manner, however it was the wrong color, black and white. There are no instructions and no address on the Etsy website or on Primeland Cowhide's website on how to return an item, the address where it should be sent and how to get a return label since we were shipped the wrong product. It also says they have a 14 day return policy. How are we suppose to return the merchandise in a timely manner that meets their return policy when we have no clue where to send the return?

Great quality stools. Love the appearance! Would have liked better communication from seller since I requested delivery at a specific time - wish they would have notified me in advance that the delivery was going to slip.

Ordered another pair of hair on hide pillows. Quality is really good, prices even better! Most pillow cases are one-sided. We love Primeland's double sided tri-color cases. Fast shipping and great communication throughout the process. Highly recommend.

Updated review on 28 April. So after the initial review, the company contacted me within hours and in just over 48 hours the hide was in my house. (They went the extra mile and paid for express courier, all the way from South America to UK.) Really impressed. As for the product - it truly is beautiful! Don't hesitate, the hide and the company are the real deal. Thank you again. Bought a hide in February 2026. E-mailed in March to ask about delivery date. No response. Cancelling order today, due to no show. Based in UK.

Product received as advertised. Very nice look and quality
We ordered from the company website. We picked the exact hide and size we wanted. We received what we ordered. We are happy with the quality. Great prices. There was a glitch with customs coming from Columbia and the person from the site was very responsive and helped resolve our issue in customs. FYI you may get a bill from FEDEX about paying tariffs and taxes. The site does not charge this.
