Misleading add
On the advert they say football Jersey and shorts but no shorts arrived, after numerous emails with added pictures etc they have tried to say order is for Jersey only. They just keep going around in circles hoping you will give up.

Not good quality shocking
I orders a glass for a birthday gift, in the picture it shows it’s in a woddern box, It arrives in a cardboard box. The glass its self is awful quality. Honestly do not purchase from here it is not the standard you think your receiving

Disappointed with ‘The Gnome’.
We are very disappointed with the plaque that we received from your company. We expected the largest size that we selected to be the size of the figure rather than the total size, including the stake that will be covered by soil. Therefore the figure is half the size anticipated. The plaque is not a good representation of the photograph submitted, the figure now wearing a pink hat, not green, showing hair the wrong colour and facially not a good likeness. On one side it shows the figure with ‘Lu,s Garden’ on the base and on the reverse, it is still a front elevation of the figure, but the wording on the base is the wrong way round.

Unethical Company
Apparently this company has no problem stealing other people's artwork. I just happened to see one of my EXACT designs and mockup photos on their website. It is a product I posted to Etsy several weeks ago - was surprised to see it pop up on Google/Printerval ad. Having to steal other people's work - very sad statement for this company.

Do not spend your money here
If I could give a zero I would! Do not trust this bs company. I ordered a backpack set of 3 (french team personalized) for my boy and they took for ever to send me a tracking number and when they did it was just to tell me they didn't had the items and they wanted to change it for some ugly cheap looking girl items. Plus the delay was of 25 more days..basically nothing made sense. Just don't spend your time or money....not a site to trust
