TOTAL NIGHTMARE!!!!!
What a total nightmare!!! Ordered a tee with a cute pet saying on it. Ordered it in XL so it would be roomy. I am L normally. The tee I got is so teeny tiny it won't got over my chest!! Why aren't they warning buyers that there tee's run super small?? Then I got to return and get a refund and get the cocka-manny story that I have to return it on my dime to their warehouse across the world!!! What a crock!!! They are ripping buyers off and we have no recourse!! Made complaints online but got no where!! THANKS FOR NOTHING SARAH H. Puppy Project is a rip off!! Do not shop with them!!!! They do not care about customer satisfaction---they are fueled by greed! Pick another company to online shop with.

Package Marked as Delivered but Left…
Package Marked as Delivered but Left Outside Complex – Stolen, No Support I’ve been dealing with this company since a few weeks, and the experience has been awful. The international delivery driver left my package outside my apartment complex instead of delivering it inside the mailroom, even though there is a clearly posted notice requiring all drivers to deliver inside. Because they ignored these instructions, the package was stolen. Their response was simply “we’ve already delivered your package” and to “check the local post office,” even though their own proof of delivery shows it was left in the wrong place. I contacted Yanwen and local office near by with no help or reply. The local office told me it is international number and to contact the company. First of all why would the local office keep track of this? No one is taking responsibility. This company is completely inept, and their delivery practices are careless. I do not recommend ordering from them unless you’re prepared to lose your package and receive no support.
