Two months of stress, extra costs and still no refund
I have had an extremely disappointing experience with Rave Hood. I have been trying for around two months to return a dress and receive my refund. I paid £106 in customs charges after being told that I had to pay them, despite not wanting to accept the parcel with such a high unexpected charge. I then returned the dress as instructed and paid for the return postage. The parcel became stuck in Romanian customs and was eventually returned back to me. I have written confirmation from Romanian Post regarding what happened, and the returned parcel itself was marked as “Unclaimed”. Despite providing evidence and repeatedly contacting Rave Hood, I am still being sent back and forth and have not received a practical solution for returning the dress and getting my money back. At this point I have lost the cost of the dress, £106 in customs charges, return postage, and an enormous amount of time dealing with this. I simply wanted to return a dress and receive my refund. Instead, this has turned into months of emails, stress and additional costs with no resolution. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I am now pursuing the matter formally through my bank and the appropriate consumer channels.

I made my first purchase with Rave Hood this year and ordered two tops. All went good with the payment, I received the correct items and size in a timely manner, perfect fit and they were wrapped up lovely in a nice box. The quality is good, designs outstanding.

High quality and unique designs
Came across their ad on Instagram and fell in love with their designs. Although the pge was fairly new I decided to give it a go and made my first purchase. The set took some time to arrive because it was made-to -measure, but when it arrived it came out amazing! The fabric and sewing are of impressive quality and the fit is just perfect. On top of that the set looks insanely cool with stunning details. Highly recommend if you are looking for good quality alternative/ individual clothing, that isn't mass produced🖤

Super schöne Rave-Outfits auch für große Größen
Richtig schöne Rave-Outfits! Hat zwar ein paar Tage gedauert bis es geliefert wurde (made to order) aber ich liebe das Oberteil, das ich bestellt habe. Es sieht fantastisch aus und hat eine sehr gute Qualität. Würde jederzeit wieder dort bestellen:)
