This is a legitimate Review from New Zealand. My Rav Anima arrived today all the way to my country N.Z..This is my forth drum I have purchased from Rav Vast & I have found there Customer service over the years nothing short of totally Professional. The quality of the Rav Anima and all my drums are exceptional. Although there are some delays of up to 4-8 weeks at times, This team manage to make it happen,keeping in mind that there is a war going on & these drums take time to make. I am certain they would not deliberately mislead anyone, Mistakes do get made rarely, & we are only human! They are in the business of making the best tounge drums in the world and that's exactly what they produce.Thankyou Kate & all the incredible team at Rav for making an exquisite instrument.I love my Anima & will be absolutely delighted to continue doing business anytime in the future & will happily refer anyone that ones one,You guys are incredible thankyou.Love from New Zealand

Rav Moon: low quality and limited creativity
I purchased a Rav Moon and honestly I didn't find my self well. Yes the bloom effect and the sound are nice but after a while it gets boring pretty fast (coming from the handpan world where you have much more possibilities). Also and this is the worst part, the customer service doesn't work well, my rav moon got OUT TUNNED pretty fast even if I played gently, this happen 6 month after purchase so you can imagine my reaction. It's a lot of marketing and Wow effect to target beginners/ intermediate players who want something at a lower price than a handpan. My suggestion, save up a bit and choose the Handpan directly, there are also many second hand great choices.
