i felt that they mis-advertised, and they often resprecent doctors and or others that do not have a good track record. I think they should do more due dilgence than just take someones money. It makes me not trust real self.

Explain why you deleted an important patient review after you had already accepted and published it. This review was backed by evidence and described what the patient says was a devastating outcome following surgery. An egyptian surgeon from cairo breast and body clinic operated while wearing a cast on his hand and told her he could perform the procedure with one hand. She reports suffering catastrophic complications afterward, including that her skin became detached from the underlying tissue, and says she privately sent RealSelf documentation and evidence supporting her account. Despite receiving this information, you removed the review after it had already been approved. Patients deserve to know why. If the review complied with your policies when it was accepted, what changed? Patient safety should always come before protecting reputations. Review platforms have a responsibility to handle serious, evidence-supported patient reports fairly and transparently. Removing such a review without a clear explanation raises legitimate questions about your moderation process. A surgeon doing a surgery with a broken hand is DANGEROUS and he botched many women doing unsafe procedures. From this point forward, we believe RealSelf should be held accountable for its censorship of legitimate patient reviews. By removing reviews that patients rely on to make informed decisions, you risk preventing others from seeing important information before choosing a surgeon. This egyptian doctor was already condemned by a court and the Egyptian Ministry of health closed hos clinic for investigation.!! He was also banned from whatclinic for fake reviews, misleading patient…DO NOT TRUST REALSEF

We are a group of victims who were botched by an Egyptian surgeon breast and body clinic Cairo who performed surgery on a Danish woman while wearing a cast on his hand, WITH BROKEN hand with no regard for safety or hygiene. Her review was accepted on RealSelf, and then it was deleted! This woman shared WhatsApp messages from this doctor in which he said it was okay because he could do it using only one hand!! Fake reviews on platforms are putting people's lives at risk! This surgeon was already banned from WhatClinic for fake reviews ( picture where he complains on pissed consumer about WhatClinic) He also had 21 suspicious Google reviews removed after they were all posted on the same day... He now became active on RealSelf, he started posting new reviews on his RealSelf page, all following the same pattern. This raises serious questions about how seriously Realself takes patient safety and the integrity of its reviews! This particular surgeon is reportedly under investigation by the Egyptian Ministry of Health as well as 3 prosecutors. I do not consider RealSelf to be a reliable or trustworthy platform when it comes to verifying medical professionals or protecting patients. We should all be very careful.

UNTRUSTWORTHY. Needs to be held accountable. I relied on RealSelf because it presented itself as a trusted, unbiased resource for people researching cosmetic procedures. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling misled and deeply disappointed. As a consumer, I believed I was reading authentic patient reviews and objective information that would help me make an informed medical decision. Instead, I later came to question whether the platform’s business model creates conflicts of interest that consumers may not fully understand. In my opinion, the distinction between advertising and unbiased recommendations was not as clear as I expected when making such an important healthcare decision.

Auch nicht für Geld. Unclaimed ist fair. Claimed gibt das Mikrofon — nicht den Radiergummi.
