Very bad customer service!!!
Very bad customer service!!!! It is almost impossible to reach RedCoach in case of requesting additional information urgently!! Not on whatsapp, not with sms, not on facebook, on nothing. When calling some automated system keeps you 10 minutes on the line to tell you it will hang up!!!

Bad experience
I used the RedCoach today, but they transfer us to different bus instead of red coach , the bus was small , the bathroom door doesn’t even lock , the driver was super rude and using he’s phone while driving

The trip was HORRIBLE
The trip was HORRIBLE! I was expecting a 1st class experience and what I got was a bunch of lies. I booked a 1st class ticket where I thought I would be sitting on a side with only single rows nd I would be able to stretch out and relax. Instead that bus ride was somehow canceled and I was placed on a later bus ride which means that I had to change all of my plans and the people who were dropping me off at the bus pickup area and picking me up were very inconvenienced as well. The bus I was switched to was a "partner bus", and the ONLY PROMISED amenity that was on the bus was a restroom. There was no extra leg room and I was cramped in my seat the whole time touching the back of the seat in front of me, which was extremely painful and uncomfortable! There was little reclining space, NO TABLES to place laptop and/or other items on, no wifi, and no place to charge electronics. All of the reasons I booked this bus were no where to be found so it was definitely false advertising and very misleading! I was charged for a first class experience but instead got the worse bus experience ever! I am extremely disappointed and upset and this will be the first and last time I book with them, especially if this return trip is the same or worse than the 1st part. They should let you know that their partner busses don't offer the same amenities so you won't be expecting a "1st class experience". I sure hope I don't have to fight tooth and nail to get an adjustment on what I paid. Redcoach DO MUCH BETTER!!!

Lots of legroom
Lots of legroom. Driver loaded & unloaded luggages. Checked to make sure everyone checked in. Bus arrived earlier. Driver knew secondary route to avoid traffic
