This is not a booking site
I thought i had booked a scooter on Mallorca for a week starting on the day i booked it at 10am as we needed to get to accomodation. They took the deposit but there was no bike available that day. I got an email at 4.30pm saying we had to pick up the bike in Palma the next day. By then we has got another bike as we needed on the same day. So you are not making a booking when using this site. Waiting for a refund of the deposit.

EXPERIENCIA PÉSIMA. Trato lamentable. Alquile una moto en Ibiza a las 8:00 de la mañana y dieron señales horas. Después tuve que coger un taxi y pagarlo hasta el centro de Ibiza para buscar otras opciones y cuando llego al centro me llaman y me dicen que tengo que volver al aeropuerto que estaba en la moto allí. Obviamente volví porque la moto ya estaba pagada. No volvería a contratar con ellos nunca más. Además me han prometido la devolución de un dinero que todavía no he visto en mi cuenta

Very poor experience — terrible communication
I contacted Rentalmotorbike.com for an off-road trip in Albania and clearly explained that we needed lightweight bikes under 180 kg and under 500 cc, suitable for parts of the TET route. We specifically discussed models such as the CFMOTO 450MT, Voge 300 and CRF300. Despite this, they assigned me a Benelli TRK 502 without consulting me. This bike is around 50 kg heavier than the CFMOTO 450MT and is much more road-oriented. It is simply not suitable for the off-road trip I planned. I immediately contacted them several times via WhatsApp and email to explain the situation and asked them to cancel or resolve the booking. They have completely ignored all my messages. The €72.77 deposit has already been charged to my credit card, but there is still no response or attempt to resolve the issue. The worst part is not even the wrong motorcycle being assigned — it is that they refuse to communicate or help solve the problem despite multiple attempts to contact them. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company
